Due to strong demand, recruits (attendees) are strongly encouraged to register in advance of a BootCamp course in order to assure seating availability and supplies. To provide a quality education, MBC tries not to crowd or overbook its BootCamps. Early enrollment is always encouraged to insure each recruit (attendee) a seat! MBC recommends all recruits (attendees) arrive at least 45 minutes early on the first day of any BootCamp or class to allow sufficient time in which to check-in, pick-up personal ID's, course supplies and select available seating.

Payments made by or on behalf of recruits (attendees) for tuition, costs, expenses or other fees in connection with any course/class and/or for supplies, including any other miscellaneous costs, expenses or other fees of any kind, shall be as posted on MBC's website. Any offer, coupon, special or discounted program of any kind whatsoever reducing the posted tuition, costs, expenses or fees for course/class/supplies including any other costs, expenses or fees of any kind cannot be combined with any other offer, coupon, special or discounted program, service or product offered by MBC.

Payments may be refundable subject to the following terms and conditions:

All refund requests must be in writing via email. Oral requests will not be accepted. Requests made 5 or more business days before the commencement date of the course shall be refundable, less a $45 cancellation fee, plus all expenses, costs or other fees if applicable.

Requests made less than 5 business days but more than 3 business days shall berefundable, less a 50% cancellation fee to be based on the tuition charged forthe specific course or class, plus all expenses, costs or other fees ifapplicable.

Requests made 72 hours or less is non-refundable and all funds paid and receivedby MBC are forfeited without further notice, plus all expenses, costs or otherfees if applicable. However, all registrants may attend any course/classmissed. Registrants may only take the same course/class previously missed up toone year from the original course date. Advance notice must be given to MBC whenattending a makeup course/class no less than 1 week from the date of the new course/class commencement.

All requests for a refund must be made via email and acknowledged and confirmedby MBC; no oral requests will be honored. Any requests not made by thespecified method, within the specified time frame and acknowledged and confirmedby MBC shall not be honored.

All course supplies; materials and other items provided by MBC to an attendeeare not returnable. Replacement course supplies, materials or other items may bemade at the sole discretion of MBC. The replacement cost, and shipping if any,will be determined at the time of the request.

Late registrations and registrations made on the day of any course/class may beaccepted solely at the discretion of MBC. Attendees may be turned down subjectto availability and/or administrative requirements. In any event, lateregistrants automatically forfeit any offer, coupon, special or discountedprogram that may have otherwise been offered in connection with a timelyregistration. No refunds will be made to attendees who have attended any portionof a course or class including late registrants and attendees signing on orafter the commencement date of a course/class.

Attendees that register late or attend any course or class late, do so at theirown risk. Attendees acknowledge and accept, at their own risk, that they may notor did not receive the full amount of time normally allotted for suchcourse/class or, that there may be a shortage of adequate seating, course/classmaterials, supplies or other items normally provided to timely registrants. Insuch event, late registrants hereby agree to forfeit their right to cancel acourse/class on the sole basis that they did not receive the amount of timenormally allotted for such course/class or, that there was inadequate seating,insufficient supplies, materials or other issue directly or indirectly caused asa result of their late registration. Any tuition, costs, expenses or fees paidby a late registrant is considered fully earned by MBC and non-refundable.

Any payment by an attendee that is found to be insufficient, whether by check,credit card or any other method will automatically require full payment in cashby the attendee. Additionally any costs, expenses or fees incurred by MBC forinsufficient payment plus an additional $75 fee shall be charged to an attendeefor the problem resolution. No attendee will be considered registered andguaranteed a seat in any class unless payment in full for the class has beenreceived and fully cleared.

Attendee ID's will be issued and must be worn and visible at all times to attendany course or class. Failure to have ID may result in denial of entrance.Recording devices of any kind are strictly prohibited and not allowed in any ofthe classes offered. All instructors and proctors, at their sole discretion,have the full and final authority to eject any attendee from a class whenever aninstructor or proctor determines that the attendee is compromising or disturbingthe class in any fashion; attendee forfeits all funds paid and no refund shallbe made by MBC in full or part. Furthermore, attendee shall be disallowed fromattending any makeup classes.

Course material from other schools will not be allowed in MBC classrooms.Attendees are not allowed to bring excessive items into the premises that willresult in clutter or discomfort to other attendees. Radios, TVs, Coolers,briefcases or other excessive or inappropriate personal items are not allowedinto class. All instructors and proctors have the sole discretion and finalauthority to request any such items to be removed from the premises. Failure tocomply will result in an attendee being ejected from the premises and shall notbe allowed to makeup any course or class.

All tardiness and absenteeism shall be the sole responsibility of the attendee.In no instance will it be the responsibility of the instructor, proctor or MBCto delay or reschedule the commencement of any course/class or to contact or toprovide any make-up classes. No attendee may repeat all or a portion of anycourse or class due to tardiness or absenteeism. Course schedules, tuition andclassroom locations are subject to change at anytime without notice. No partialor full refunds will be made.
